snabble joins Self-Checkout Initiative

snabble has been invited to join the Self-Checkout Initiative founded by EHI Retail Institute. We gladly accepted the invitation and are now the eighth partner, next to CCV, Datalogic, Diebold Nixdorf, ITAB, NCR, Toshiba and Zebra.

The Self-Checkout Initiative has been founded to provide retailers with compact information on a neutral platform and simplify decision-making. The aim of the initiative is to provide comprehensive information on self-scanning and complete self-checkout systems to optimize the knowledge and motivation of retailers for self-service checkouts and to increase the usage rate in the industry.

We are proud to join the ranks of such established companies, some of which we have already been working with, and are looking forward to further increase self-scanning and cashierless shopping in stores around the world.
