Getting to know each other
In a first meeting, either in our office or via video call, we get to know each other and find out if we are a good fit for each other. Typically you'll meet with a one person from the team that would fit you and a product owner or team lead.
Meet the team
If we both think we should move forward, we'll arrange a meeting in our office where you'll meet the team. What we do on that day differs from position to position – a programmer might solve some sample tasks, while a marketeer may have in depth conversations about our marketing strategy.
Contract and equipment
It's a fit? Great! We'll set up a contract, usually on the same day, and find out what your hardware requirements are. We are divided between Linux on Thinkpads and macOS on MacBooks. Also, everyone gets a 27" 4k monitor and the mouse and keyboard you need. Let's go!
