Leinweber-Baucentrum has been present in the entire region of eastern Hesse since 1983 as a steadily expanding and family-run medium-sized company. In addition to the headquarters in Fulda, customers can access the extensive services of the Baucentrum at five other locations and in the online store.

Independently operating specialist departments guarantee qualified consulting services. The resulting closeness to commercial and private customers as well as the building materials industry over the years creates synergy effects for all parties involved.

Short decision-making channels ensure fast and flexible responses to customers' needs.

In-house logistics with an extensive fleet of vehicles, digitalized processes, extensive warehousing with high availability of over 25,000 items, and its own ready-mix concrete plant ensure reliable delivery of a wide range of building materials to construction sites. The concept of the building materials box is becoming increasingly important.

Building material boxes

There are already 20 building material boxes in the Fulda area. Building materials can be ordered from Leinweber and are then delivered to the site in the appropriate box. The boxes are supplied with new orders twice a day. Customers can then pick up their orders 24 hours a day.

Scan & Go At Leinweber

Together with Snabble, Leinweber is now launching stationary and mobile self-checkout via the Snabble app in its existing stores. All private customers get 2% discount on their purchases when using Scan & Go. Customer numbers are fully compatible. Stationary self-checkout is made possible by Pan Oston's SCOs. The merchandise management system supported is Allgeier IT.

The first store to start with self-checkout is in Neuhof. After that, the other stores will be integrated step by step. Further innovative concepts with Snabble and Leinweber are planned for the future.
