Our own Snabble app is a second channel that offers customers the full Scan & Go experience. All our retailers can be found in the Snabble app – making it the one app for all Scan & Go purchases. The design of the app changes according to your CI guidelines as customers approach your stores.

Theft & Self-Checkout

Recent studies show that shoplifting happens on the store floor, not in the checkout area. If someone decides to commit a criminal act, it can best be prevented right where it happens.

This is exactly where our tools for employees come in - they help staff on the floor to keep everything in sight at all times.

Checkout Supervisor

With our Checkout Supervisor, you and your staff have a complete overview of all customers in the store who are currently shopping with Snabble.

The software runs on all popular smartphones, tablets, computers and MDE devices (e.g. from Zebra, Datalogic or Almex).

Control indication

Their employees can see at a glance whether purchasing customers need approval of their purchase now - or later. This can be simple things like a manual age release, but can also be based on complex rules.

For example, based on certain products in the shopping cart, a total value of all goods, a random generator or a combination of all. All this influences the Control indication and calculates whether a customer needs to be controlled or not.

Re-Scanning

Re-scanning is a function that allows employees to check customers in detail. Here, the employee scans random items from the shopping cart and our software shows whether the customer has also scanned the goods before. If not, the app sounds the alarm. The employee rejects the payment in the software and finds a solution in dialog with the customer. You may be surprised to learn that customers sometimes scan too many items.

Data & analysis

Unlike other providers, we give you full access to all your customers' data at any time. In our easy-to-use Retailer Portal, you can also see a wide variety of live statistics and an overview of all purchases.
